The legend of Leonard Fournette continues to grow and grow within the state of Louisiana.

We all know the story at this point. Fournette overcame many odds (including Hurricane Katrina) in order to become one of the most prolific prep running backs the Pelican State has ever seen.

He then parlayed his high school brilliance into a scholarship at LSU. During his time in Baton Rouge, Fournette became one of the best running backs in the country. He is now set to enter the professional ranks this upcoming April, as he made himself eligible for the 2017 NFL Draft.

Though he’s currently preparing for the draft, it didn’t stop him from entering the realm of philanthropy:

Fournette donated a truck’s worth of bottled water to those affected by the tornado ravaging through Southeast Louisiana.

These natural disasters caused immense destruction in the Livingston, Tangipahoa, Orleans, St. James, and Ascension parishes.

A native of New Orleans, Fournette deemed it necessary to help out those in need. Credit him for wonderful act of benevolence.
