Alright Missouri fans. You guys are leading the SEC East, again. For all of you attending this weekend’s pivotal matchup against the Tennessee Volunteers in Knoxville, I wish you safe travels.

After speaking with some friends that live, or have lived, up in Knoxville, I have a little list for y’all for pre- and post-game hotspots. Every single person I spoke to about the hot spots said that pretty much anywhere on Cumberland Avenue will be a good time for pre- and post-game festivities.

A few places of the spots they referenced by name are these:

Tin Roof.
GPT
Quaker Steak and Lube (a few miles off campus though)

Obviously, the best place to watch the game is in Neyland Stadium. You’ll be stuck right in the corner with all your favorite Tennessee Volunteers fans. While I have never attended a game there in the stands, I have played there twice. It was quite the experience and I’m sure that places on campus get pretty wild after the game.

Be ready for a little friendly heckling if you’re the away team. This is definitely one of the biggest matchups of this weekend for both schools. We’ll see if Joshua Dobbs is the real deal when facing this Missouri D line, and we’ll see if Missouri can keep shutting up all the doubters out there and keep a tight grip on first place in the East. I know who Georgia is rooting for this weekend.

For all the Tennessee fans out there, if there are any other cool places for these Missouri folks to go to after the game, please comment on this article.
