Maybe Missouri won’t break its single-game points record after all.

After shattering the program record for points in a half while racing out to a 58-0 lead against FCS Delaware State, both teams have agreed to play 10-minute quarters over the final half of the game.

Missouri had 506 yards of offense and 23 first downs in the first half, prompting the drastic measure to shorten the rest of the game. Drew Lock went 26-of-36 for 402 yards and five touchdowns over the first two quarters, and the Tigers would need only 12 more points to break the school record for points in a game.
