The Ole Miss Rebels got their season back on track with a 48-0 victory over Presbyterian last weekend, and as a result they moved back into the top 10 in the newest College Football Playoff Top 25, released Tuesday night on ESPN.

The Rebels are up to No. 10 in this week’s poll as they enter a bye week in Week 12. They were ranked No. 11 in last week’s CFP Poll, and were the highest-ranked two-loss team in the nation in last week’s top 25.

That changed this week, as No. 9 Auburn overtook the role of the highest-ranked two loss team in America. The Tigers likely earned their edge past the Rebels due to a head-to-head victory over Ole Miss two weeks ago.

Ole Miss is one of seven SEC teams ranked in this week’s poll. Mississippi State retained its spot at No. 1 following last week’s win over UT Martin, and Alabama stayed put at No. 5 following its thrilling come-from-behind win over LSU in Death Valley Saturday night.

No. 15 Georgia and No. 17 LSU remained in the top 25 for a third straight week, while Texas A&M cracked the CFP rankings for the first time this season following its stunning road upset at Auburn in Week 11.
