Ole Miss winner in polls during bye week

Ole Miss was perhaps one of the bigger winners on Saturday. With the bye week, Ole Miss got to observe the carnage of other top teams around them.

The Rebels rose back into the top 10 after several top teams fell on Saturday.

In the Amway Coaches Poll, Ole Miss is up two spots to No. 8 between a pair of Big Ten teams in Ohio State and Michigan State.

In the latest Associated Press Top 25, Ole Miss rose to No. 8. The Rebels are the highest-ranked two-loss team in the Top 25.
