In 2013, Ole Miss coach Hugh Freeze brought four five-star and seven four-star recruits to Oxford for what was a historic Rebels recruiting class.

The quartet of five stars — defensive lineman Robert Nkemdiche, offensive tackle Laremy Tunsil, wide receiver Laquon Treadwell and defensive back Tony Conner — have all played crucial roles for Ole Miss the last two years. They’re now juniors soon facing the decision to return to school or enter the NFL.

But they aren’t the only members of the Rebels’ 2013 class that have become major contributors.

Former four-star quarterback Ryan Buchanan and former three-star quarterback DeVante Kincade both found themselves competing with Chad Kelly for the starting job this season. Although Kelly has been named the starter, Buchanan and Kincade both saw plenty of action in the Rebels’ first two games and could see more moving forward in certain situations.

Wide receiver Quincy Adeboyejo and tight end Evan Engram were both three-star recruits out of the 2013 class that have emerged as starters and playmakers on the Ole Miss offense. Fadol Brown, unrated because he transferred from Florida International in 2013, is now an impactful starter on the Rebels’ stout defensive front.

As mentioned before, several players from this vaunted class will be playing on Sundays next year, while others return for their senior seasons. But regardless of which players do what, it appears this will be the 2013 recruiting class’ last season all together in Oxford.

As a result, we decided to follow the members of the 2013 class and how they play throughout the Rebels’ season by noting standout performances from them. Here’s how they did in the Rebels’ 52-3 Week 6 win over New Mexico State:

ROBERT NKEMDICHE, DL

It took until Week 6, but Nkemdiche finally got his first full sack of the season against New Mexico State. That sack was Nkemdiche’s only tackle of the game, but he did lead the Rebels with 2 quarterback hurries against the Aggies. It doesn’t matter too much what Nkemdiche’s numbers are at the end of the year, he’s still going to be a top 10 pick in the next NFL Draft.

LAREMY TUNSIL, LT

Tunsil was held out of this game due to an ongoing NCAA investigation regarding alleged contact between Tunsil and agents. This was the sixth game in a row that Tunsil was held out for this reason. Freeze has not yet said whether Tunsil will play in the Rebels’ seventh game against Memphis and made it clear that he has nothing to do with the NCAA’s investigative process.

LAQUON TREADWELL, WR

Treadwell had his best game of the season in Week 6, hauling in 8 receptions for 136 yards and 2 touchdowns against New Mexico State. Treadwell now has 35 receptions for 510 yards and 3 touchdowns on the season. But like Nkemdiche, he will most likely be an early selection in the NFL Draft despite his actual statistics this year.

JORDAN WILKINS, RB

Wilkins rushed 9 times for 42 yards against New Mexico State and accounted for 1 of the Rebels’ 4 rushing touchdowns against the Aggies. Wilkins added 1 reception for 11 yards and continues to be part of a crowded backfield in Oxford.

EVAN ENGRAM, TE

Engram is having somewhat of a disappointing season after the high bar he set for himself last year by finishing with 38 receptions for 662 yards and 2 touchdowns. Engram had just 2 catches for 28 yards in Week 6 and now has just 10 receptions for 137 yards on the season.

QUINCY ADEBOYEJO, WR

Adeboyejo was the Rebels’ second-leading receiver against New Mexico State with 6 receptions for 54 yards. Adeboyejo is enjoying the best season of his career and is close to setting career-highs in receptions and yards. His 5 touchdowns this season are already more than double the amount he has had in any other season at Ole Miss.

EUGENE BRAZLEY, RB

Brazley was a three-star recruit that flew under the radar in this highly talented Ole Miss class. He was classified as an athlete coming out of high school and has turned into a productive scatback for the Rebels. Against New Mexico State, he led Ole Miss in rushing with 98 yards on just 6 carries, including a 78-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter — his third of the season.
