Arkansas tandem Jonathan Williams and Alex Collins along with Alabama’s Derrick Henry are listed among next year’s top NFL draft prospects at running back, according to ESPN insider Mel Kiper.

In his latest pre-2016 evaluation, Kiper lists Williams as college football’s best senior ballcarrier heading into August. Here’s what he said about the returning 1,000-yard rusher and the Razorbacks’ featured option:

Part of a loaded backfield, Williams has quick feet and can create space laterally without losing much steam. The fact that he gets to split the carries is a good thing for his NFL prospects.

Headlining Kiper’s underclassmen list is Ohio State junior Ezekiel Elliott, followed by Henry, Pittsburgh’s James Conner and Collins from Arkansas. For the first time in his career this fall, Henry will get the lion’s share of the carries in the Crimson Tide’s rushing attack.

Collins will be draft-eligible after his junior season and he has posted consecutive 1,000-yard campaigns.

Somewhat quietly, Henry had more total yards and a better yards-per-carry average than teammate (and second-round pick) T.J. Yeldon last season. At 241 pounds, Henry has great feet, given his size, and can drop a shoulder and drag tacklers.

Collins has backed up a stellar prep career that saw him ranked as the top RB in the country by one recruiting service. He has been able to add muscle without sacrificing speed, and should have a huge year in the Razorbacks’ system.
