With seven matchups involving Southeastern Conference teams on the docket, here’s a list of the player to watch in each SEC game for Week 4:

12:00 pm: Troy at No. 13 Georgia, SEC Network

Todd Gurley, RB, Georgia

Todd Gurley is an early favorite to contend for the Heisman Trophy. Through two games, the Georgia running back has 329 yards and four touchdowns on 35 carries. Against an inferior Troy defense, expect Gurley to enjoy another memorable performance.

3:30 pm: No. 6 Texas A&M at SMU, ABC/ESPN2

Kenny Hill, QB, Texas A&M

Like Gurley, Hill has already etched his name in Heisman talks through the first few weeks of the season. Hill has 1,094 yards and 11 touchdown passes in just three games. A highly favorable road matchup against SMU should benefit the Aggies quarterback.

3:30 pm: Florida at No. 3 Alabama, CBS

Amari Cooper, WR, Alabama

Amari Cooper has excelled in Lane Kiffin’s offense thus far. Cooper leads the NCAA with 33 catches and is on pace to match his receiving totals from last season in the coming weeks. This week, Cooper will matchup against Florida’s Vernon Hargreaves III, one of the SEC’s top cornerbacks.

4:00 pm: Indiana at No. 18 Missouri, SEC Network

Maty Mauk, QB, Missouri

Maty Mauk is off to a fast start in his sophomore season. Mauk has 647 yards and 12 touchdowns passing, as well as 83 yards and a touchdown rushing. Against an Indiana defense that’s allowed 70 points in two games, Mauk should have a field day on Saturday.

7:00 pm: Northern Illinois at Arkansas, ESPNU

Alex Collins, RB, Arkansas

Alex Collins leads Arkansas with 411 rushing yards through three games. Sharing carries with Jonathan Williams, the two running backs have combined for 733 yards and 11 touchdowns. Facing Northern Illinois, Collins will add to his already impressive season totals.

7:00 pm: Mississippi State at No. 8 LSU, ESPN

Dak Prescott, QB, Mississippi State

Dak Prescott has enjoyed a stellar start to his junior season. Prescott has 696 yards passing and 273 rushing, along with 12 total touchdowns. Against LSU, Prescott will face his toughest task thus far and have a chance to live up to preseason Heisman hype.

7:30 pm: No. 14 South Carolina at Vanderbilt, SEC Network

Mike Davis, RB, South Carolina

Mike Davis was out-rushed by teammate Brandon Wilds in the Gamecocks’ 38-35 win over Georgia. He has battled injuries since a disappointing Week 1 debut, with two games under 100 yards. Against a struggling Vanderbilt defense, Davis is due for a big performance on the road.
