The SEC has the nuttiest and most devoted fans of any conference in America.

We’re now seven weeks into the 14-week regular season, and the attendance numbers for all 14 SEC schools are astounding. Five schools have drawn more than 300,000 fans so far in 2014, and three schools are averaging crowds larger than their stadium’s capacity at home games this year.

LSU leads all SEC schools in cumulative attendance with 405,840 total fans at the Tigers’ four home games in Death Valley this season. It also leads the conference in average attendance per game at 101,460 fans per contest. However, those numbers are heavily influenced by Tiger Stadium’s 102,000-seat capacity.

When it comes to filling up a stadium, the SEC’s best programs are South Carolina, Ole Miss, Texas A&M, Auburn and Georgia. Both Auburn and Georgia have played four home games apiece, and all eight of those games have been even sellouts. At Ole Miss, A&M and South Carolina, however, the average crowd size has actually surpassed each stadium’s capacity, meaning those schools regularly draw more fans than there are seats at a given game.

Only two SEC schools have averaged fewer than 94 percent of their stadium’s capacity so far this season — Kentucky and Vanderbilt. The Wildcats have attracted nearly 110,000 more fans than Vandy this year (both teams have played five home games), but the Commodores have come closer to reaching their stadium’s capacity than UK has in 2014.

Here are the complete attendance figures from all 14 SEC schools through the first seven weeks of the season:
