Most SEC schools have either begun spring practice or will begin practicing this week, putting the offseason on hold for at least a month while teams work their way back into shape and turn the page to a new season.

With that in mind, we looked back through the first two-plus months of the offseason to try and recap all the coaching and player personnel changes that occurred throughout the SEC. Today we will take a look at the SEC East, and more specifically at the coaching changes, incoming recruits, outgoing seniors and NFL prospects, and transfers that have moved around since the end of the 2014 season.
