The two SEC games against nonconference opponents on Saturday were a study in complete opposites.

Arkansas thrashed Tennessee-Martin 63-28. UT-Martin already had suffered a lopsided loss to an SEC team courtesy of Ole Miss back in September. On the flip side, Vanderbilt was blanked 34-0 by No. 18 Houston in a decidedly un-SEC-like manner.

The games concluded the nonconference schedules for Arkansas and Vanderbilt.
