Alabama wide receiver Amari Cooper had another huge day for the Crimson Tide in a thrashing of Florida Saturday afternoon, pulling in 10 catches for 201 yards and three touchdowns in the 42-21 win. In addition to setting the all-time school record for career touchdowns by a wide receiver, Cooper also posted his sixth straight 100-yard performance, the longest active streak in the nation.

Here are some other streaks from around the SEC that were extended or ended this weekend:

  • Alabama: The Crimson Tide also scored in its 173rd straight game, extending the longest streak in school history.
  • Auburn: The Tigers’ streak of games with a 100-yard rusher was snapped in their win over Kansas State Thursday night; Auburn’s leading rusher against KSU was Cameron Artis-Payne, who rushed for just 63 yards. Auburn’s streak of games rushing for at least 200 rushing yards as a team was also snapped at 13 straight games.
  • Florida: Quinton Dunbar caught a pass for the 31st straight game, pulling him one game closer to the school record of 35 straight games with a reception.
  • LSU: The Tigers undefeated streak in night games at home against unranked opponents under Les Miles came to an end with Saturday night’s loss to Mississippi State. LSU’s 11-game home win streak was also snapped with the loss. The Tigers have now entered 78 straight games as a ranked team dating back to 2009.
  • Missouri: The Tigers’ streak of 47 straight games with a turnover was snapped in a devastating home loss to Indiana Saturday afternoon.
  • Mississippi State: The Bulldogs’ streak of 15 straight losses to ranked opponents was ended with their win over LSU, as was their streak of 14 straight losses against LSU.
  • South Carolina: The Gamecocks beat Vanderbilt for the sixth straight year with a 48-34 win over the Commodores in Nashville Saturday night.

And outside the SEC, defending national champion Florida State extended the nation’s best win streak to 19 games with an overtime win over Clemson Saturday night.
