Damien Harris, the nation’s top running back for the 2015 recruiting class, remains undecided. The five-star running back is expected to choose between Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, Ohio State and Texas A&M when he makes his announcement on Jan. 9.

The Berea, Ky., native is expected to commit to the in-state Wildcats, with the team receiving 43 percent of 247Sports’ “crystal ball” predictions. However, the Buckeyes and Crimson Tide are also making a strong push for the Paul Hornung Award — given to the best high school football player in Kentucky — winner.

Harris sent out a series of tweets after Ohio State’s Big Ten championship, which may be something to in regards to his decision.

The prized recruit also noted his excitement for the Buckeyes’ upcoming matchup against Alabama, which takes place eight days prior to his official decision.

Harris recorded 1,474 yards and 23 touchdowns on 99 carries in just seven games this past season. The senior missed four games with a knee injury.

The five-star prospect has great speed, power and tackle breaking, according to 247Sports’ skills rankings. Harris also ranks above an eight rating in every other category.
