Texas A&M is creating a pipeline in the state of Arizona, and it just so happens the Aggies open up with Arizona State Week 1.

The Aggies have added another impact transfer in UCLA safety Priest Willis, who’s originally from Tempe, Arizona.

Willis announced he was transferring from UCLA in early June, and he has two years to play, plus his redshirt year available, starting in 2016.

Willis is a former four-star prospect and the No. 5 overall safety in the country, according to 247Sports’ Composite Rankings. He recorded 22 tackles in 2014.

With the addition of Willis, who’s the former No. 1 player in the state of Arizona for 2013, the Aggies will have Kyle Allen (No. 1 from AZ in 2014) and Christian Kirk (No. 1 AZ in 2015) on the roster in 2015.
