On Monday, it was announced by the NFL that former Alabama DL Jarran Reed was suspended for six games for violating the league’s personal conduct policy.

Details regarding why the suspension was handed down are unclear at this time, but the current Seattle Seahawk took to Twitter to issue a statement.

As you can see below, he said he has to accept responsibility for his situation, but also said he totally disagrees with the NFL’s decision:

Basically, this comment doesn’t shed any more light on the situation, but Reed will miss the first six games of the 2019 season.

In 2018, he appeared in all 16 games for the Seahawks, recording 50 tackles and an impressive 10.5 sacks from his defensive tackle position.
