I never said UGA wouldn't beat Mizzou, so I don't get where you're going with that. My point was that the above scoreline for this game was just ludicrous. You shut down a disappointing Maty Mauk. You now have to shut down a strong rushing attack- something you could not do against Carolina. Actually believing you will only give up 3 is purely homeriffic.

You can't be serious about that UGA/Arky score prediction. I'm not saying y'all will lose, but there's no way you hold that rushing attack to 3 points.

I would contend that South Carolina's late game play calling is as embarrassing as our defense. The odd thing is, we are one UGA conference loss and two Mizzou conferences losses (neither of which is absurd to imagine) from being back in this thing if we can get lucky in Auburn. I'm not saying that's going to happen, but the East is oddly reminiscent of 2010 in how poor it is.

Great win the other night. It's nice to see the arrow pointing up for UK's squad. Hopefully we can regroup and get into a decent bowl this season, then figure ourselves out by next fall. With the progress y'all are making, the game in Cola next season should be just as exciting.

I couldn't agree more. That's two weeks in a row we step away from a hot running game and surrender the win, followed by zero accountability on the part of the play calling. By no means am I saying y'all didn't deserve to win. JoJo Kemp is a hell of a player, and your defense made the plays necessary to give him the ball. The future looks bright for UK with Stoops at the helm. Congrats on taking us down Saturday.

If our coaches can grasp the concept of sticking with our run game when it's hot, we won't keep blowing games in the 4th quarter. I'm confident we'll go bowling, but good lord, these past two weeks have been gut wrenching.

The one saving grace about this upcoming weekend for South Carolina is that we get a prime time game. Our boys always seem to show up for night games in Billy B, and with the few extra hours of tailgating, the fans get extra rowdy. It's pretty obvious that Mizzou was looking ahead to next week, so I'd imagine they come in angry with something to prove. Hopefully the team that showed up to play UGA will show up this weekend as well.
