Just in time to participate for the majority of training camp, four-year NFL veteran Brandon Boykin landed a contract with the Chicago Bears Wednesday night. Terms of the deal have yet to be released.

The former Georgia Bulldog standout has appeared in 64 NFL games, starting seven in his four NFL seasons. Boykin played for Pittsburgh last season after completing three seasons in Philadelphia. During his professional career, Boykin has racked up 131 tackles, eight interceptions, 37 pass breakups, two sacks, five forced fumbles and one fumble recovery.

Boykin was a fourth-round selection in the 2012 NFL Draft after playing in Athens from 2008-2011.
