Kentucky RB Benny Snell Jr. grew up in Ohio, so when he thinks of rivalry games, he immediately thinks of Ohio State and Michigan.

However, the Wildcats are busy preparing for their own rivalry game, which they’ll play in Lexington against the Louisville Cardinals on Saturday afternoon.

Snell is excited for the challenge of taking on the Cardinals, though, and says the Kentucky-Louisville rivalry matches the Ohio State-Michigan game:

The Wildcats will be in search of their eighth win on Saturday against the Cardinals, who are also 7-4. A loss and a fall to 7-5 will negatively affect both teams’ bowl prospects.

However, comparing it to “The Game,” which often has national title implications, is a bit premature.

Still, it’s sure to be an exciting game on Saturday afternoon. Check out the action at noon Eastern time on the SEC Network.
