It’s been a good year both on and off the field for the Kentucky Wildcats, who are 9-3 and have a chance to pick up win No. 10 in the Citrus Bowl.

One of the team’s leaders is senior TE C.J. Conrad, who sets a good example on and off the gridiron.

On Friday, it was announced that Conrad had been honored for his play and his community leadership. As you can see below, he was named the winner of the 2018 Pop Warner College Football Award:

The article in the tweet above details some of Conrad’s excellent work in the Kentucky community, and he’s certainly very deserving of this award.

Conrad had 29 catches for 297 yards and three touchdowns this season.
