The good news continues to roll in for coach Will Wade and the LSU Tigers when it comes to their prospects for the 2020-21 season.

Javonte Smart and Darius Days are withdrawing from the 2020 NBA Draft and that left them waiting on big man Trendon Watford.

And, as you can see below, Watford — a rising sophomore — took to Twitter to announce he was returning to school:

That is a huge boost for the LSU frontcourt, as Watford continued to get better as the season went on. He was one of the top freshmen in the SEC last season.

Watford appeared in 31 games for the Tigers last season, starting 30 of them. He averaged 13.6 points, 7.2 rebounds and 1.7 assists per contest.
