With his playing career fully behind him, former all-time great Tennessee quarterback still has his choice of options for his next career move.

He could work for an NFL or college team, he could go into television in just about any capacity involving football, or he could continue to pump out commercials for the foreseeable future. But maybe, just maybe, judging by how well his guest role on the ABC comedy “Modern Family” goes, perhaps acting will be what Manning chooses to do with his life post-football.

ABC recently released a promo for the episode featuring Manning. No surprise, the former All-Pro quarterback looks at ease on the screen:

If you were giving advice to Manning, which line of work would you advise him to get into? Tennessee sure could use some strong leadership from a guy like Peyton, could his destiny be a leadership role at the school?

  • The best thing that ever happened to Tangerine nation was having a Manning go to school there. Love that guy

  • Peyton does help out at Tennessee, he works with the QBs and visits pretty often from what I understand. Great guy and very proud to call him a Tennessee Volunteer.

    • Yup, and he always would go to at least one game per year during his playing days, and he was at about 4 games last year. Peyton loves him some Tennessee.
