Dak Prescott certainly highlighted the former SEC players in the NFL this year, winning the Offensive Rookie of the Year, but several other former conference stars also had nice first seasons.

When players catch NFL.com’s Gil Brandt’s eye, they’ve done something, and he named 10 former SEC players to his All-Rookie Team in 2016.

QB: Dak Prescott, Dallas Cowboys (Mississippi State Bulldogs)
WR: Malcolm Mitchell, New England Patriots (Georgia Bulldogs)
TE: Hunter Henry, Los Angeles Chargers (Arkansas Razorbacks)
OG: Laremy Tunsil, Miami Dolphins (Ole Miss Rebels)
DL: Chris Jones, Kansas City Chiefs (Mississippi State Bulldogs)
LB: Deion Jones, Atlanta Falcons (LSU Tigers)
LB: Leonard Floyd, Chicago Bears (Georgia Bulldogs)
CB: Vernon Hargreaves, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Florida Gators)
DB: Keanu Neal, Atlanta Falcons (Florida Gators)
P: Drew Kaser, Los Angeles Chargers (Texas A&M Aggies)

Prescott will create the most headlines from this group, but former LSU LB Deion Jones played like an animal the entire season and helped lead the Falcons’ to the Super Bowl. Keanu Neal, Hunter Henry and Laremy Tunsil look like future stars, too.
