Defensive end Myles Garrett made himself more of a national name and a well-known prospect in NFL circles after registering SEC-bests in both sacks (12.5) and tackles for losses (19.5) to earn first-team all-conference honors. His impressive blend of speed and power figures to make him a valuable commodity in the 2017 NFL Draft should he choose to leave school early as many expect.

Garrett was among the slew of talented defensive ends that could be found throughout the SEC this year. Here’s a look at the conference’s Top 10 defensive ends in 2015.

1. Myles Garrett (Texas A&M): The sophomore registered 12.5 sacks and 19.5 tackles for losses to pace the SEC and he’s just getting better. A first-team All-SEC selection.

2. Jonathan Allen (Alabama): The talented junior registered 12 sacks, 14.5 stops for losses, six quarterback hurries and two forced fumbles to help lead a ferocious Crimson Tide front seven and earn first-team All-SEC honors.

3. Jonathan Bullard (Florida): Returned for his senior year and improved his draft stock by totaling 6.5 sacks, 17.5 tackles for loss, six quarterback hurries and two forced fumbles to pace a tough Gators defensive line and earn first-team All-SEC honors.

4. Marquis Haynes (Ole Miss): A second-team All-SEC pick after registering a team-high 10 sacks to go along with 16.5 tackles for loss, eight quarterback hurries and three forced fumbles.

5. Charles Harris (Missouri): Earned second-team All-SEC accolades after tallying seven sacks, 18.5 tackles for loss, 10 quarterback hurries and two forced fumbles.

6. Derek Barnett (Tennessee): Registered 10 sacks, 12.5 tackles for loss, seven quarterback hurries and one forced fumble to earn second-team All-SEC recognition. He was a force in the Outback Bowl.

7. Alex McCalister (Florida): Injuries limited the junior to just nine games, but not before he had already totaled 6.5 sacks, 9.5 tackles for loss and seven quarterback hurries.

8. A.J. Jefferson (Mississippi State): The junior registered a team-high 13.5 tackles for loss to go along with five sacks, seven quarterback hurries and one forced fumble.

9. Sterling Bailey (Georgia): Registered 10 tackles for loss, one sack and seven quarterback hurries.

10. Marquavius Lewis (South Carolina): The junior totaled 45 tackles, three sacks and six quarterback hurries.
