We’re inside two weeks until toe meets leather, but six SEC programs are yet to name a starting QB.

It was actually seven last week, but Florida coach Jim McElwain proclaimed Luke Del Rio as his No. 1. Del Rio beat out fellow transfer Austin Appleby and freshmen Feleipe Franks and Kyle Trask.

Alabama, the defending national champion, is on the lookout for a new signal caller. Blake Sims and Jake Coker both got the Crimson Tide to the College Football Playoff, but neither started until he was a senior. Still, coach Nick Saban has proven he can win it all without NFL talent under center.

The situations at Georgia and South Carolina are fairly similar. First-year coaches Kirby Smart and Will Muschamp, respectively, have to choose between a mediocre veteran and a tantalizing youngster.

Be sure to watch the video above for who I think gets the call at quarterback for all these teams.
