Fox Sports’ Bruce Feldman released his predictions for the final SEC standings Monday. Feldman picked LSU and Tennessee to win their respective divisions and the Tigers to defeat the Vols in the conference championship game.

“Both teams ride revamped defenses to Atlanta and each have potent running games and a lot to prove when it comes to their passing attacks,” Feldman explained. “I’ll stick with the Tigers, who I think have more team speed and a better O-line.”

Feldman correctly picked Alabama to win the SEC Championship in 2015, albeit over Georgia, who finished third in the SEC East. Interestingly, he picked LSU and Alabama to finish with the same record, claimed the Tigers would defeat the Tide in their matchup on Nov. 5 in Death Valley.

Feldman also credited Tennessee for having “playmakers at all three levels and the most talent in the SEC East.” He does, however, have doubts about whether the Vols’ passing game can be “consistent enough to become a playoff team.”

Here are Feldman’s SEC preseason predictions:

2. Georgia Bulldogs (9-3, 5-3)
